By placing your order with us, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

 

General

When we receive your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email upon successful payment. No contract shall come into existence until we have accepted your order and your order has been paid in full. This order confirmation will contain details of the items you have bought. You must immediately check such details contained and inform us of any incorrectness. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to accept or reject any offer. 

Every care has been taken by us in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website and that all products are fairly described. However, your order may not be accepted if there are errors in the product descriptions or their prices. 

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable. In the event that the goods that you have ordered are unavailable a full refund will be offered.

 

Prices

All prices and offers are subject to change. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order.

All prices are displayed on the website in US dollar. Unless otherwise indicated these are exclusive of VAT / any import duty (if applicable). Payments can be made in US dollars via a debit or credit card.

 

Payments

Full payment must be made prior to dispatch of any order. We accept payment by credit card (VISA, ACCESS/ MASTERCARD, and SWITCH and debit cards) via Paypal.

 

Delivery

We normally dispatch orders within 7–10 business days upon successful payment. We however cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order, in which case we will inform you by email as soon as we can, or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of the US. 

Deliveries may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible.

 

Colors

We have aimed to ensure that the colors of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the color of the product. 

However, due to screen color limitation and different settings, please note that the actual colors of the fibers may vary slightly from the images displayed here. Accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise color of the product on delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

In the event that you decide to return an ordered item, you must contact us within 7 days upon receipt of goods, together with your invoice number and reasons for return or refund. If your request meets the following conditions for acceptance, we will then issue a returns code, which must be marked on the returned parcel. The returned items should be sent to our office by freight collect.

 

Conditions for accepting Returns / Refunds:

1. We sent a wrong item to you; or 
2. The item is already damaged upon receipt; AND
3. The item is in new condition, not worn or altered. All packaging, including the box, hang tag, protective net and sideboards, remains intact. 

Replacement orders will be delivered to you, free of charge, within 7 business days upon receipt of returned goods in mint condition by our office. Replacement items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We can only replace an item for the same item in the same color and size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any replacements for a different item.

 

Conditions where Returns / Refunds will not be accepted:

1. The item is used; or
2. Any piece of the packaging is broken; or 
3. The item has been damaged in your possession; or 
4. The item is not returned within 7 days upon our acceptance for return; or 
5. The item is returned without a returns code. 

*Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please be reminded that the refund may not be reflected on the same statement as the transaction will, due to the cut-off date.

 

Liability

HalloweenPartyOnline.com shall not in any circumstances be liable, whether in contract or tort, to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the sale or use of our goods including without limitation loss of profits, damage to property or loss of contracts. In all cases our entire liability, howsoever arising, shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in respect of which the claim has arisen. We do not accept any responsibility for any amendments or changes we may make to the information contained in our website, and we reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or the information contained in this website at any time. Should you continue to use the website once we have highlighted the changes, you shall be deemed to have accepted all of the amendments we have made. You shall be responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions, and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to do so. 

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
