- Made-to-order items take 2-4 weeks to deliver with standard free shipping. Your item will be shipped along with a batch of other orders from our manufacturer to our Seattle warehouse. From there, we ship the item to your delivery address.
- Once your item has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number to your email. The tracking may take 24 hours to update after shipment.

- To speed up the process, you can select EXPEDITED MADE TO ORDER, which will take 1.5-3 weeks to craft and deliver. Your item will be shipped directly from our manufacturer to your delivery address

Ordered the wrong item? Or just not what you expected? To qualify for a refund, your return must be unworn, have all tags attached, and be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving it. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your item does not meet our return standards, we will not be able to send you a refund. We cannot refund shipping.
